By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You will provide the baby clothing items that you would like incorporated into your custom sweatshirt.
Please only send clothing items that you are comfortable having cut and permanently altered.
Your baby clothing will be cut apart as needed to create the appliqué/design for your sweatshirt. This may include cutting through seams, sleeves, hems, buttons, snaps, graphics, or other portions of the garment.
Any portion of the clothing that is not used will not be returned. Please do not send anything that you wish to keep intact.
I will choose and cut the portions of each garment that work best for the design. Specific placement of prints, patterns, characters, or details cannot be guaranteed.
Because each piece is handmade from your personal clothing, every sweatshirt will be completely unique. Minor variations in placement, stitching, fabric, and appearance are part of the handmade process.
Once your clothing has been cut, it cannot be restored to its original condition.
Please make sure all clothing is clean and completely dry before sending it. I am not responsible for stains, discoloration, damage, or wear that becomes visible during the cutting or embroidery/appliqué process.
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once your clothing has been received and the customization process has begun.
By sending your clothing, you confirm that you have the right to authorize its alteration and understand that the original garments will be permanently modified.
