At Lulu's Hat Co., every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our policy below.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, all custom embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Custom Products
Non-custom merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is:
Unworn
Unwashed
In its original condition
Returned with original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Issues
Lulu's Hat Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
